Hyatt Place Reno-Tahoe Airport

Very friendly front desk! If you're Hyatt members, the parking fee can be waived. We booked a double queen room, but they were sold out when we arrived. The front desk was nice enough to give us another room.

We stayed here for one night after a late night flight into Reno. It’s a super convenient hotel with a free shuttle to/from airport. The free breakfast buffet for Hyatt members is such a great bonus. Customer service is always top notch!

For an airport hotel it’s clean, Rooms are good size. Comfortable beds. Polite service and right next to airport. Bathroom is dated outside of that it’s a great pick.

I chose this hotel as my location when I was visiting the area since it is convient and not too noisy as the strip. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their front desk agent and was informed one of my two rooms was ready, which was not a problem since I was planning on going out first and I did not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I went out to shop for a bit, and when I arrived back on property my second room was ready for use. The staffs here are all very welcoming, well trained and understanding where it made my stay a satisfying one. For a Hyatt place, this property is neat and clean. Their breakfast dining area, lounge, gym and pool are all located on the first floor. To access the gym you need your room key and it is avaliable twenty four hours. Also they have a cafe/mart located next to the front desk, they have drinks, pastries, sandwiches, snacks, energy drinks and much more. It is a non-smoking property but you can smoke anywhere outside where there are ashtrays nearby. Also on the first floor behind the elevators, you can pass through the double doors for a quick smoke and you do need a key card to re-enter the building. The rooms I selected was spacious, clean and had little to no noise where I got a restful sleep. The elevators are located right pass the lobby, a key card might be required to access the guest floors. Lastly, they do offer a shuttle to and from the airport and you can park and pay either from scanning the QR code posted or give them a call. I highly recommend this place to anyone visit Reno, if you need a place to stay over night or to anyone that cannot decide where to stay in the area. I definitely will be back for a future visit.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hyatt Place. I paid for this room with my credit card points, and it's a lot nicer than the ones I usually book with my own money. Their breakfast was decent too, several good vegan options including oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruit, and oat milk for cereal! The room itself was clean and spacious. My only complaints are that there was no microwave in the room, and that they charge $12/night for parking, which is silly.

Tii and Brianna made my family feel so welcome and at home. My family found ourselves in an unfortunate situation (we booked at a horrible hotel across the street) and we called and they made every accommodation they could to help us fix our situation last minute. Thank you so much to the Hyatt and especially the front desk staff!

We have stayed at this Hyatt at least 2 times and each time they have provided the upmost customer service and accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who values these traits that I have mentioned.

The night crew are always super amazing. The lady who bartender and cooks the food has been awesome every time I stay there. Took a star away because I book the hotel for the pool also and it is currently not open.
